We offer a complete head to toe total body workout, led by specially trained instructors, who are moms just like you. The best part is that your baby(ies) comes along for the ride and you both get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. During the workout our instructors incorporate interaction with your child through songs, counting, learning ABC's and color recognition.

In addition, our program also offers Our Village that consists of weekly playgroups, mom's night out activities and special community events. Find Our Village activities on our Meetup.com page!

This location is utilized for days when there is inclement weather. Please check our public Facebook page to see if class has been moved to the Mall.
Meet your instructor in front of Red Robin, on the bottom level. In order to avoid a hot car after your workout, many of the moms prefer to park in the structure (located between Macy's and JCPenney), and enter the mall on the second level through the food court. If doing so, you can take the elevator in the center of the mall down to the bottom level and meet us by Red Robin.

What is Body Back®? Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Are you ready to reach your full potential?!
Our classes offer high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a meal plan and food journal, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. This class is for moms only, no children. Class is offered in 8-week sessions. The next 8-week session is set to begin in March 2018! Space is limited, sign up to secure your spot!
