For most expecting mamas, absolutely! We do recommend you obtain your medical provider’s approval as there are conditions that contradict physical activity. Our instructors are certified prenatal fitness instructors. We follow the latest American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines. We also can modify any exercise that poses a unique challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
