Run Club+ Endurance Training Program (10K)

FIT4MOM North Orange County Run Club is the perfect way to start running or add to your existing running routine!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginning to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet once per week for a group run and encourage you to cross train during the week at a Strides 360 class.

Location: Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Saturdays at 7:30am. Our running location (for now) is located at Whole Foods Brea. Wednesday is a short, fun run. Saturday is a long run. All runs are stroller-friendly.

Every week, we offer Strides 360 classes at a location near you. Check our schedule for details! Strides 360 is a great way to increase your mobility, endurance, agility and strength.

Our Training
Program includes :
  • A progressive training program and guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal.
  • Weekly coached training runs
  • Integrated Strides 360 cross-training program
  • Weekly motivational and educational materials from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club ladies while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
Available Sessions:
FALL 2020:
You will participate in a 10K run, locally, with your fellow Run Club+ participants. This is a FIT4MOM North OC organized run since all local runs have been canceled due to Covid-19. It'll be an exciting time as we celebrate all of our hard work during the 8 weeks together! We will have race day shirts to purchase and goodie bags for all participants. It's going to be a blast!
