Instructor, Jennifer Maloof: "'I love seeing Victoria stroll around the corner at Arroyo. She literally goes the extra mile to come to Stroller Strides. Victoria is always ready to work hard and gives her all. Her bright smile and infectious laugh brings so much joy to Our Village. Her son Jay has been so much fun to have at SS and now we look forward to having her twin girls join us in class. Your strength & commitment to Fit4Mom is an inspiration to us all! Keep up the great work Victoria!!"
This month we recognize VICTORIA for her accomplishment and dedication to fitness, motherhood and life! Our Brea, Fullerton, Placentia and Yorba Linda Fit4Mom Team would like to say, "THANK YOU, VICTORIA," for being part of our Stroller Strides family!
1. Who are the members of your family?
My husband Mike, three year old son Jay, and twin girls that are seventeen months Vivianna and Makayla.
2. What is or was your career?
I worked in advertising for seven years as a Traffic Manager/ Studio Manager. Then I went back to school and received my Multiple Subject Credential to be a teacher before I had Jay.
3. How long have you been a member of Stroller Strides of North Orange County and what has it done for you?
I have a member of stroller strides for almost a year now.
4. What is something that has surprised you about motherhood?
How unpredictable and out of my hands life can be. In a good way for sure. Also the amount of love and joy my kids bring to me and how I can love them such much.
5. Favorite websites?
Zulily and Pinterest. I love to look at all the cute kids clothes and on Pinterest different recipes and hair style ideas.
6. List three current obsessions.
Clothing like boots and necklaces, kids clothes, and taking pictures of kiddos.
7. What is your child's/children's favorite thing about you or favorite thing that you do?
Every Saturday morning, after breakfast, we crank dance music and the whole family dances. We have a dance party together. The kids all love to dance, and they like how we all get silly and do it together.
8. Any tips for other moms out there?
Enjoy every moment. Look at the big picture and don't stress about the little stuff. It's OK if your house is not perfectly clean. Let kids make a mess and have fun. There is always time to clean up after. Kids are small for such a short time, it goes fast. Kids will remember the fun times and that's what matters.
